Privacy policy

WhatASoftware respects your privacy. This policy explains the limited information collected when you use this website and how it is used.

Information you choose to share

When you submit an enquiry or subscribe to the newsletter, we collect the information in that form: your name, email address, message and newsletter preference. We use it to reply to you, deliver the requested update and understand the type of work people want help with.

Emails and newsletter

Newsletter emails are sent only when you choose to subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email or by contacting us. We do not sell or rent your information.

Service providers

This website uses trusted service providers to operate contact forms, email delivery and website hosting. They process information only as needed to provide those services.

Optional measurement

With your Allow choice, Google Analytics 4 and Meta Conversions API measure public visits, campaign sources and successful enquiries, newsletter subscriptions and certificate delivery. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, quiz answers, scores and certificate identifiers are excluded from this measurement. Use Cookie preferences to deny optional measurement or see our Cookie Policy for details.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete the information you have shared by using the contact form. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Updates to this policy

We may update this policy when the website or its services change. The date above shows when it was last revised.
