Necessary cookies

A first-party, HttpOnly preference cookie remembers your choice for 30 days. Hosting and security services may use necessary cookies to keep the website available. These remain active when optional measurement is denied.

Google Analytics 4

When allowed, Google Analytics measures public page visits, source and campaign information, and successful enquiries, newsletter subscriptions and certificate delivery. Browser identifiers connect these events to a visit. Google advertising signals and personalized advertising are disabled. Google receives only a cleaned public page address, not the full query or fragment.

Meta advertising measurement

Meta Conversions API receives public page visits and successful enquiry, newsletter and certificate events through server delivery. A consented browser identifier and, when present, a validated advertising click identifier help measure campaign results. We do not load the browser Meta pixel or its automatic matching features.

Information excluded

Names, email addresses, phone numbers, enquiry messages, quiz answers, scores, certificate identifiers and uploaded content are excluded from Google and Meta measurement. Your form details still go to the services needed to answer your enquiry or deliver your certificate, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Retention and withdrawal

Our consent and sanitized source records expire after 30 days. Finished delivery records are removed after seven days; pending records expire with their consent context. Google server events expire after 72 hours and Meta events after seven days. Deny clears optional browser cookies, cancels unsent events and stops future measurement on this browser. An event already in flight or delivered cannot be recalled by the popup. Each browser needs its own choice. Google and Meta retain delivered information under their own policies.
